Using this website
The information on this site is general and may change. Rates, fees and limits shown are indicative. Your loan agreement states the exact terms, which we confirm in writing before you accept.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You must be 18 or older, a Kenyan resident with a valid National ID, and give accurate information. We may decline an application at our discretion after our responsible-lending assessment.
Collateral and guarantors
Pledged items remain subject to the terms of your loan agreement. If you default, we may recover the collateral in line with that agreement and the law.
Accuracy and fraud
Providing false information or documents may result in rejection, cancellation of a loan and referral to the relevant authorities.
Responsible borrowing
Only borrow what you need and can afford to repay. Late repayment can affect your credit rating.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available but provide it “as is”. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the site, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
